Dr. Elizabeth Collier is a board-certified psychiatrist who has been a member of the PsyCare team since the summer of 2022.  Prior to this, she served as medical director for an outpatient clinic in Parkersburg, WV.  She is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Psychiatry Residency in 2020 at Charleston Area Medical Center/West Virginia University where she served as chief resident.  Dr. Collier is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.  She is accepting patients ages 5 years old and up and is experienced in treating a wide variety of psychiatric disorders with special interests in children and geriatric patients.  Dr. Collier strives to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment that includes brief therapeutic interventions and quality psychoeducation in combination with medications. 

Dr. Collier’s hours are Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm.  Currently, only virtual appointments are available
