Mindy Joined PsyCare in 2019. She graduated with her Master’s In Counselor Education and Rehabilitation Counseling from Ohio University in 1997. Mindy has licenses in West Virginia and Ohio with supervisory endorsements in both states and is also a national Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Her experience includes working with a wide range of populations specializing in mood disorders, trauma, addictions, vocational issues assisting people in their process of personal growth and self fulfillment. Mindy provides traditional and non-traditional therapeutic modalities to support increased self-awareness using mindfulness, intentional activation and coherence training to improve emotional self-regulation and movement in the direction of the desired goals of her patients.
